3.2 Website Development Packages
For our Starter, Growth, and Enterprise packages:
- Before project start: Full refund available
- During development (0-50% complete): 50% refund available
- After 50% completion: No refund, but we will complete the project to your satisfaction
- After delivery and approval: No refund available
3.3 Monthly Subscriptions
For recurring subscription services:
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refund for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans
